was held at the Honolulu Country Club on Oahu,
May 17, 2025, 8am-3pm.

Please note: The Hawai'i State PTSA will be hosting the Reflections Awards ceremony at the same venue from 5pm - 7:15pm in the evening following Convention. If you are planning on attending, sign up for this event will be shared and will include an additional fee. Neighbor island attendees should take this into consideration when make travel arrangements.

The Hawai'i State PTSA continues to work hard at filling our open board positions in our quest to fill our leadership seats. We still have several open positions and would love to have a full house at our next board meeting. A list of board positions up for election at the 2026 Hawai'i State PTSA Convention can be found on our Call for Candidates page.
If you are interested in being considered for a position on the Hawai'i State PTSA Board, please complete our Hawai'i PTSA Nomination and Application Form. We also invite you to submit your recommendations for potential leaders via the Potential Leader Form, to our State Nominating and Leadership Development Committee. Resolutions call attention to a problem and a need for action on a particular issue. They are a source of policy for the Hawai'i State PTSA and its local units. If a problem or situation has statewide implications affecting children and youth and warrants PTSA action, a convention resolution is one way to authorize action. DEADLINE for submitting a potential resolution for consideration at the 2026 Hawai'i State PTSA Convention is two full month before event. Please go to the Resolutions Page of the Hawai'i State PTSA website for more information on submitting resolutions.
